How do I download my template?
Right after checkout you will see download links on the order confirmation page. We also email them to you, and they stay available under My Account → Downloads.
I did not get the email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can always download your files from My Account → Downloads, or contact us and we will resend them.
Can I download my files again later?
Yes. Your purchase includes lifetime access. Log in to your account anytime to download the latest version.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. All TemplatesPrime products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.
Using the templates
Do the templates work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Each download includes the Excel file and a link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Both versions work the same way.
Which version of Excel do I need?
Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, Excel for Mac, or the free Excel for the web.
Can I use them on my phone or tablet?
Yes, in the free Google Sheets or Excel apps. For the first setup we recommend a computer or tablet.
Can I customize the categories and colors?
Absolutely. Rename categories, change colors, and add rows. The formulas keep working.
Is my financial data private?
Yes. Your data stays in your own file or Google account. We never see it.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the template forever, with free updates.
What is your refund policy?
If a template does not work for you, contact us within 30 days. We will help you fix it or give you a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
