Our 30-day guarantee
We want you to love your templates. If something is not working, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will help you fix it. If we cannot solve the problem, we will give you a full refund.
How to request help or a refund
- Email support@templatesprime.com or use our contact form.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
When refunds may not apply
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
- Buying the wrong template by mistake after the files have been downloaded (we are happy to help you exchange it instead).
- Products bought during a final-sale promotion, if clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Duplicate purchases
Bought the same template twice by accident? Let us know and we will refund the duplicate order.
